Ordering
Our standard delivery time is 28 working days, however, we will always endeavour to get your garment to you as soon as possible. If you require the garment for a particular date please contact us and, where possible, we will arrange to have your garment ready in time.
Please note that the delivery time may exceed 28 days if colours outside our popular range are used.
Christmas and New Year Orders:
Please note that our workshop will be closed between Monday the 19th of December 2011 and Monday the 2nd of January 2012 for the festive season.
Orders received after the 30th of November 2011 for items that need to be made will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas or the New Year. So please ensure that you place your order before the 30th of November 2011 if you want you item by Christmas or for New Years Eve. Please note that this does not apply to items being shipped from our In Stock range, for further information please check our postage information page here.
Exchanges & Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund our stocked items for an alternative size providing the item is returned unworn and in original sale condition. Please refer to our size chart to ensure you choose the correct size.
If you choose colours from outside of our popular colours range please be advised that we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for made to measure or bespoke items. For hygiene reasons we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for any items in our underwear range.
