RETURNS POLICY

  

In line with Distance Selling Laws we are obliged to set out our policy for the return of goods.
 
All Postage costs for returned items will be at your own expense.

All costs to return the item to us will be for your own account. RubberLuv will not be held responsible for returns lost in the post. We therefore suggest that you use Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or an alternate method of insured post to send the item back to us.
 


Repairs:
In the unfortunate event that your item needs repair, we will endeavour to repair any garment that we have manufactured and have it promptly returned to you. Please contact us at admin@RubberLuv.com before sending any items back for repair.

 

Faulty Items:
All items are inspected prior to dispatch but in the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. A refund of the amount paid, excluding postage, will be given on receipt of the faulty item back to us. Please do note that we are unable to offer any refunds if the item is not in its original condition (i.e lubricant or polish has been used on the surface) or if the item has been worn.

 

Underwear:
Under the new hygiene laws governing items described as intimate apparel, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns for underwear or lingerie however, in the unlikely event that goods are faulty we will happily replace them.
